Don't tell me that you can't fly Cause it isn't all the same Don't tell me that you don't why When you're playing all those games Hey politician Is there really no known cure? Hey old man Don't walk outside I hear the air is very poor In this wide world of confusion In the wide world of confusion The money power of politics Say the money power of politics They all know your name The tighening grip of money Well it clenches at your throat Big business is big business And there's no priority I mean the sea is black The air is green As we're looking into space Brother can you tell me nothing When you look me in my face? Cave paintings of desert scenes Are washed away by acid rains Frying eggs on blistered skin And broken window panes Look away from the sun From the sun and fallen trees There's the business here of money at hand Look away from the rising seas

Besty 04:29
She sits there like a sentinel With an umbrella on sunny days She'll shield herself from the heartache By not confessing that shes there She'll watch every moment Every minute, every car go past And she'll watch herself from a distance So she doesn't hear the laughs Betsy whatcha thinking about? Is it pain? Is it loss? Is it faith? Is it reaching upwards to the sky Do you want to fly away Fly away Huddled on the curbside On the corner of fifth and main Her spirit seems to leave from her The umbrella will leak when it rains Whats the matter baby? Such a hard little life Did you leave the ground too early When you tried to fly? It gets so cold in here It gets so cold sometimes It gets so cold in here It gets so cold sometimes

about

Terminal Nine existed in many forms over a 7 or 8 year period. Although we made some pretty good music, I sort of think of it as my 'starter band'. Our best songs 'Oil and Water' and 'Refuge' never made it to a recording which I regret. (I also haven't been able to find half of the original recordings)
